Education about Puppymills

I post this video to hopefully educate Belinda on what puppy mills are all about.  If you think confiscating these dogs is actually “stealing them from their owners”, you have a strange way of “loving dogs”.  Do you APPROVE of the conditions in which dogs are kept at PuppyMills and BYB’S??

It sounds as though you are trying to raise money and promoting an illegal theft of dogs that are raised in conditions of which you disapprove. Then, later apparently you plan to remove these stolen dogs not just across state lines, but across international borders? Please, rethink this madness, it is nothing short of domestic terrorism. If you love dogs, donate to your local shelter, or -better yet- donate some of your time to help take care of those local dogs that need you. Please don’t take part in this latest trend of stealing dogs from their owners with publicity so that new, horrible laws are promoted that will end our lives with dogs as we know it; Oprah and Wayne have no love for animals, they only lust for power and control over your choices!

Those who know us and have visited us, get to see for themselves our true love for dogs.  The many adopters who have been to our place to meet and pick up their new family members are those who understand us the best.

The very idea that you have to explain , or re explain what you’re trying to accomplish is amazing to me! I’m in awe that someone who love animals could possibly think it a bad thing to be there for animals that are due to be confinscated from their current owners because they’ve been found to be unfit to care for the animals! To suggest you’d be better to spend your time “donating to a local shelter” to me means that the poster puts no value on the souls of these dogs that have been put into a horrible situation through no fault of their own and currently, although they are due to be legally removed from this horrible situation…have no where to go when this is done… pain, suffering and abuse know no borders, so why should those who try to help others? HOW DARE you try to help these dogs!!
Please put a blanket over your head, and try living in a bubble where everything is fluffy and warm, and giving 10 dollars to a local shelter will solve all the worlds problems! (please note the sarcastic tone)

I applaud your efforts and encouage you to not let those who choose to live in fluffy bubbles cause you frustration….the energy it takes to be frustrated is energy much better spent on continuing to do the amazing work you do.

Please don’t let the negative criticism deter you. There will always be some people who just don’t get it. Rescuing dogs from puppy mills is in no way ‘stealing other people dogs’. Nothing deserves to suffer in inhumane conditions just so the morally bereft can make a profit. You do great work and Cricket and Hurley are living proof. I can’t tell you how many smiles and gut-busting laughs these two give me every day! I shudder to think what would have happened to them if not for you. A big thank you from all of us.

Thank you so much Heather and Carol. I have a feeling ‘Belinda’ is ignorant of the entire puppy mill, back yard breeding, problem. She’s allowed her opinion, however we’d prefer an informed, educated one from someone who holds the dogs in higher esteem than to be ‘ours’.
We can not tell you how grateful we are for supporters like you.

    Namaste 🙂
