Charlie – Adopted with Cashew!

Charlie’s manners are getting better every day, even though he is a rambunctious terrier, he comes when he is called, sits when he is told, and actually listens quite well.

He has never had an accident in the house, which is awesome!  Even though there are other male dogs around, he does not mark to be dominant. In fact, he has been very submissive with the rest of the pack.

He doesn’t know when to stop playing for the life of him, you gotta tell him to take a break!  And because he loves to play, we would love a home for him that has a nice yard that is fully fenced.  We think that he would love another dog who is just as high energy as he is to play with, but would be content on his own as long as he got tons of exercise supplied by his human companions.

Charlie is basically full grown at 9 months old, and he weighs in at 19lbs.

If you are interested in adopting Charlie, please request an adoption application from us by emailing us at

I couldn’t believe that this was PePe’s brother when he showed up.  Where did that shaggy coat come from?

What a gorgeous dog!  Short and happy, we could stare at him all day go – HUH?  OK, I though PePe was a Jack Russel x Corgi, then Charlie shows up and I am thinking – Corgi mixed with ?  Or maybe not even a Corgi at all?  Any Breed Guesses Folks?

He is 7 months old, and needs to learn his manners like all puppies.  He did pretty good today on his first leash tethering training.  He gave up in a few minutes and just sat there and looked handsome.

If you would like to give Charlie a home, please email us for an adoption application at

He will be neutered this week, up to date on his vaccinations, tattooed, dewormed, and flea treated, a home visit is required and his adoption fee is $350.

Maybe he is, but he is already 14 lbs and counting, so I doubt that he is any yorkie or that small of a dog…..Maybe he has Cairn Terrier in him?

I am his foster Mom, and he is like a sweet little teddy bear. Very mild tempered and very relaxed generally except for his few outbursts of fun throughout the day. Walks great on a leash, doesn’t shed a hair (unlike his little bro.) and loves to play ball and chase insects.
He is a very sweet little gentleman and will make a great addition to any family…though hard to say what breed, lets just say a cute one.

Hi, I would like to know more about Charlie. Being a friend of Mairlyn it might be neat for them to be close by. I’m Auntie Wendy to Bouncer and came on the day when Mairlyn adopted him.
