about BELLA:
If the problem is not due to a tumor, just wanted to suggest extreme allergies could be the problem. Being a human that suffered from “balance” issues (ie. extreme vertigo for 2 years) I just wanted to email and say that as a “human” patient that it turned out to not to be neurological, but environmental: allergies to diet and mold. A soy based diet can contribute to an inner ear problem. Even a little amount of soy. For me, soy causes an excessive build-up of fluid in the inner ear which causes vertigo. Anti-histimines reduce the fluid, and correct the balance. An organic, non-soy diet – including organic, grass-fed red meat – helps. (The Organix dog food is soy free.) I don’t know if there are anti-histimines for dogs, or if they have been tried. Best wishes for Bella.
